Banjo Workshop with Tom Nechville

Saturday June 8th

Westport Town Hall at 2pm

Admission: €10

Tom's workshop will start with setup tricks and tips you might employ on your own Bluegrass banjo, and then will delve into an introduction to his 5 string backup banjo playing. Most playing you do is in the form of supporting other musicians, so Tom will give you several new things to think about during the vast majority of the time you are not playing solos. Bring your banjo for a free evaluation from Tom and be ready to gain some inspiration along your banjo journey.
